If you want entertainment at your next function, I could be just what you’re looking for. I have an extensive song repertoire. A partial list of the songs I sing are shown below. I perform at weddings, parties, picnics, car shows, sporting events, or anyplace you believe you need entertainment. I can work inside or outside. I just need power from 1 plug.
You can hear some of my performances on You Tube (Search for Tony Scherm). (Below are a few of my performances – they are slide shows I did for my family.)
I show up. Years ago I provided DJ services. After 10 years and hundreds of shows, I missed exactly one. My wife was having a heart attack and I needed to be there. (She’s alright.) When my house burned, I had a show that night and I was there. If I say I’ll be there, I’ll be there…period.
My prices are reasonable. You’re renting me and my equipment. You should still be able to send your kid to college after paying me. A typical show is reasonably priced at $250.00 for up to 4 hours…the price is negotiable. Special requirements, size of the venue, and the distance from my home are variables that may increase the price. Weddings typically cost more due to specialized requirements.
As far as the performance goes, you can pick out the songs you want to hear or let your guests do it. Or, I’ll take care of it and you don’t have to worry about it. If there is a song or two that you want that’s not on the list I’ll do my best to find the music and learn the song. No guarantees on that though. The song may be outside my vocal range. Celine Dion is outside my range. Journey (Steve Perry) is impossible for me to sing. Tiny Tim…well…I don’t do Tiny Tim or “Free Bird” – a fella has to draw the line somewhere. And by the way, while I perform some R and B, I don’t have the chops to do Rap. But just ask and I’ll see what I can do.
